1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by [Stable Rocks] ("we," "us," or "our"), a DMCC-licensed asset management company (License No. [DMCC-225972]). By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms, UAE laws, and DMCC regulations.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

• Portfolio management

• Fund management

• Other financial services under our DMCC license

Note: Services are subject to eligibility criteria and regulatory approvals.

3. Client Eligibility & Account Opening

You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

We conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks as per UAE law.

We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation.

 

4. Fees & Charges

Management fees, performance fees, and other charges will be disclosed in a separate fee agreement.

Fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

 

5. Investment Risks

All investments carry risks, including capital loss.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

We do not provide tax, legal, or personal financial advice.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree with:

Provide accurate and updated information.

Notify us of any changes affecting your investment profile.

Comply with UAE financial regulations.

 

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

Outstanding fees and regulatory obligations (e.g., reporting) will still apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for market losses, force majeure events, or unauthorized client actions.

Liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months (unless gross negligence or fraud is proven).

 

9. Intellectual Property

All reports, strategies, and software remain our exclusive property.

Unauthorized sharing or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

DMCC Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved under DMCC Arbitration Centre rules (Dubai, UAE).

Governing Law: UAE Federal Laws and DMCC regulations apply.

11. Data Privacy

Personal data is handled by our Privacy Policy and UAE Data Protection Law (45/2021).

Client data may be shared with DMCC authorities, regulators, or third-party service providers as required.

 

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice (via email or website posting).

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
